    Over the next few days, there will be another important conference in the place where the historic Yalta Conference brought together key figures such as the US American President Roosevelt, British Prime Minister Churchill and Stalin: on the Crimean Peninsula, which belongs to the Ukraine and where the Black Sea Economic Forum is currently convening.
